Delivery

Orders placed before 4 PM are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders above 25 KWD qualify for free express delivery within Kuwait.

Returns & Warranty

All items carry a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Coffee machines and grinders carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse, neglect, and damage from improper use are not covered.

A return is accepted if the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original unopened packaging.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available. For orders above 20 KWD paid in cash, a payment link is sent on delivery.
