Return & Warranty Policy
At Armista, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is clear and straightforward.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
A return request may be accepted if the product is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original, unopened packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Sale or promotional items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
Product Warranty
All items are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects only.
Electrical Equipment Warranty
Coffee machines and grinders come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or damage caused by improper use, and is void if usage instructions are not followed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Through the website: log into your account and submit the request from your order.
Or via WhatsApp: message us at +965 4114 4117 with your order number, and specify whether you want a return or an exchange.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Delivery Charges on Returns
Delivery within Kuwait costs 2 KWD. Orders above 25 KWD ship free — Armista covers that cost.
On a return, the delivery charge is recalculated against the order value after the returned items are deducted:
- If the remaining order value stays above 25 KWD — nothing is deducted. Armista continues to cover delivery.
- If the remaining order value falls below 25 KWD — 2 KWD is deducted from your refund, since the order no longer qualifies for free delivery.
- If the entire order is returned and delivery was free — 2 KWD is deducted from the refund.
Example: you order 30 KWD with free delivery, then return an item leaving 17 KWD. Because 17 KWD is below the free delivery threshold, 2 KWD is deducted and you receive 11 KWD back.
The same recalculation applies to exchanges: if the order value stays above 25 KWD, Armista continues to cover delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing times may vary.
