Return & Warranty Policy

At Armista, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and flexible return policy:

Product Warranty: All items are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.

Electrical Devices Warranty: Coffee machines and grinders come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, neglect, or damage caused by improper use.

Return Conditions: A return request may be accepted if the product is:

• Unused

• In its original condition

• In its original, unopened packaging

Important Notes:

• Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or opened.

• The warranty is void if the product is misused or if usage instructions are not followed.
