How to Use It
- Grind directly into the portafilter
- Hold the tool at a slight angle
- Stir in gentle circles from the bottom of the bed upward
- Continue until the surface is level and uniform
- Tamp flat with consistent pressure
Care
Brush the needles clean after use to stop oil buildup, and avoid bending them by forcing the tool through a packed bed.
