What's in the Set
Distributor
Spreads the grounds evenly across the basket, clearing clumps and voids before tamping. An uneven bed is where channelling starts.
Leveller
Flattens the surface after distribution so the coffee sits at a consistent depth across the basket.
Tamper
A flat 58mm base with a balanced weight and a handle shaped for repeated use — built for steady, even pressure.

How to Use It
- Grind: 18–20g for a double, ground to suit your machine, into the basket
- Distribute: place the distributor on the portafilter and rotate gently until the grounds spread evenly
- Level: flatten the surface so the depth is consistent
- Tamp: straight down, firm and consistent — around 30 lb of pressure
- Wipe and extract: clear the rim, lock in, and pull the shot
