An espresso cup from illy's Art Collection 1999 by German artist Peter Roesch — "Schwung", meaning momentum, in gold. A sweep of colour across illy's classic porcelain cup.

The cup itself is the shape Matteo Thun designed for illy in 1992 — the same form illy has handed to major artists ever since. Thick porcelain holds the heat and presents the crema, with its matching saucer.
