A set of two espresso cups from illy's Art Collection by Mona Hatoum, the Palestinian-British artist — patterned after the Arabic keffiyeh, in a limited edition that brings a heritage motif onto illy's classic porcelain cup.
The cup itself is the shape Matteo Thun designed for illy in 1992 — the same form illy has handed to major artists ever since. Thick porcelain holds the heat and presents the crema; each cup comes with its saucer.
